September 23-25: Westport Blues, views and BBQs Festival.
Plan: To contact organizers about having a booth.
September 24th: Homes with Hope fundraiser: Martin Short.
Plan: Alan to contact Jeff Weiser about having a pullout in the playbill.
CLASP Fashion Show: Date??? Not sure this is good setting for WHEC
October: Halloween Party on Main St:
Plan: Identify what we can do (flashmob??) and/or hand out at the event.
November: Young Women’s League Craft Fair
Plan: Ask if we can have a presence there.
November 12th:
Earthplace Gala event
Plan: Contact Earthplace about contract with them and presence at Gala.
December 1st: Tree lighting:

Unitarian Church: David Vita met with Pippa and Erin in July. Need to re-initiate contact.

Aidan is stepping down as volunteer who send out weekly thank you letters. Terry to continue with this.
Education Community:
Ed. community primed to hear from us. BOE member Faith Taylor had HES visit.
Plan: Pippa to ask Faith to ask other board members to have HES visit.
Staples High School Club Green:
To participate in fund raising/recruiting of participants.
Plan: Meet with Club Green to discuss program, Sept. 28?
Don’t Feed the Vampire:
Neighbor to Neighbor has program that it is eager to roll out.
Plan: Identify where program could be used.
Staples Players:
Plan: Pippa to contact Ilene Merkine about tabling at plays.
Homecoming football game:
Consider donating $ to Staples Tuition Grant, to ensure WHEC name is displayed in program.
