Each agency must ensure that assistive technology devices or assistive technology services, or both, are made available to students with disabilities if required. / Review of documentation as specified in the agency’s policies and procedures.

Each agency provides eligible students with disabilities an instructional day and school calendar at least equivalent to that established for nonexceptional students of the same chronological age. / Name of student(s) who do not receive a full instructional day, their school, exceptionality and the beginning and ending time of the school day.
