  • Your IRS forms and detailed backup schedules as identified on page 3. International students should forward appropriate financial documents; proof of income and expenses is required before an application will be considered.

Complete applications must be received by May 1, 2018. Scholarship recipients will be notified by email by June 1, 2018.

Financial aid is granted for unpaid tuition only. If you are already enrolled in WSMS-TEP, financial aid will be awarded for outstanding tuition, not for tuition already paid. Expenses outside of tuition (books, materials, fees, travel, etc.) are not covered.

Applicants are considered based on financial need, a compelling personal statement, and confirmation of acceptance/enrollment in WSMS-TEP. Scholarship awards from the Mills Scholarship Fund specifically support one African-American TEP student in the Infant-Toddler, Early Childhood and Elementary Programs each year.
