2016 Annual Meeting Summary
Committee reports were given and election of the 2015 Board of directors was held.
Membership Report: 230 Active members. How do we increase membership from the Bond Mill area?
Financial Report: * Efforts to economize and member volunteerism helped us meet our 2016 operating costs, but with continued low membership we were not able to set aside funds for future needs as intended in the Bylaws. Future required projects include white washing the pool. Reduced guard hours and front desk volunteers will get us through 2017.
Snack bar financially broke even. Have a new volunteer coordinator for 2017

NEW MEMBER Drive
Invite friends to check us out – they can visit free on a One-Day Courtesy Pass. New Members who purchase prior to April 15 get $100 off the first year’s maintenance fee.
