Substance Misuse Champion: Dr. Jonathon Dewhurst / 5.1 / Review pathways between A&E at SOHT and Young Addaction utilising learning from other areas of Lancashire
5.1.1 / Audit referral pathways from A&E to Young Addaction, where good partnership working is identified, to agree a referral template.
5.1.2 / Observe/review current partnership working between A&E and Young Addaction.
5.1.3 / Meet with stakeholders, including key A&E/HALS/Young Addaction/Social work/Paramedic/Police staff as well as service users and carers, to agree a workable and realistic pathway.
