EXHIBITOR RULES & GUIDELINES

SET-UP GUIDELINES:

Exhibitors may set up on Thursday night from 6p.m. to 8p.m. or Friday morning at 7 a.m., booths must be completed by 10am when the mall opens for business.

Exhibitors may NOT tear down until 5pm on Sunday.

Any late set-ups or early takedowns must be pre-approved by the show coordinator.

If you requested electricity, bring your own heavy duty electric cords and duct tape.

Exhibit area shall not interfere with customer traffic in any way. Displays shall not exceed 6ft. in height.

DISPLAY & MERCHANDISE:

ONLY HANDCRAFTED ITEMS MAY BE SOLD AND ONLY ITEMS THAT ARE LISTED ON YOUR APPLICATIO WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD. (Management has the right to disallow anything that is not pre-approved prior to the show.)

Displays should be neat and orderly at all times. Please do not have food spread out in your booth.

Nothing may be attached to the walls, planters, or columns of the mall.

All tables must be attractively draped to the floor. (No Sheets)

Boxes, bags, coolers and any other containers not used for display must be stored neatly under the skirted tables.

No food products of any type may be given away or sold, unless the Walker County Health Department has approved them.

All booths must be manned and maintained during regular mall business hours.

Once your exhibit is in place, please remove any tape from the floor around your booth.

After unloading and setting up, each exhibitor must move their vehicle to the outer perimeter of the parking lot. Any R.V.’s or large trucks should be parked in the front parking lot adjacent to the J.C. Penney. (Look for the parking lot that has the WEST HILL MALL SIGN)

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

We will at all times fully comply with all ordinances, rules, laws and regulations, federal, state and local, in any way applicable to our business and use of premises. And, we promise to indemnify, defend and save harmless, the West Hill Mall, managing agent and owners of the property, their agents servants and employees, from and against all claims, suites, orders, and decrees, liability and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise in any manner out of our use or presence on the shopping center property.

Anyone not following the rules and guidelines attached will be subject to be banned from participating in West Hill Mall shows!
