ELIGIBILITY
This Championship is open to all residents of West Bengal only. The VALID BCA Registration Card/ Receipt is to be produced at the time of entry. Players are requested to register themselves with the BCA for the year 2017 by filling up the prescribed forms and paying the requisite fees of Rs. 100 along with two stamp sized colour photos and one copy of Birth Certificate. KDCA’s Players are requested toregister themselves with KDCA for the year 2017-18 by filling the prescribed forms and paying the requisite fees of Rs. 100 along with two stamp sized colour photos and one copy of Birth Certificate.
AGE
Age as on 01-01-2017 shall be taken into account for determining the age groups.
UNDER 7: ON OR AFTER 1.01.2010
UNDER 11: ON OR AFTER 1.01.2006
PLAYERS WHO ARE SEEDED FOR THE NATIONAL CHALLENGERS’ OR HAVE QUALIFIED FROM OTHER AFFILIATED UNITS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS TOURNAMENT.
ENTRY Entry Fee: Rs. 600/-
No entries will be accepted over phone. The last date of registration is 18th May,2017. No one will be allowed to register after that, including players from outside Kolkata. Players from districts away from Kolkata will be able to pay the entry fees on18th May,2017, only if they inform us in advance by sending e-mail at
One official entry from each district will get 50% discount.
** Please Note that one photocopy of the valid Date of Birth Certificate along with two photographs have to be submitted at the
Time of Registration.
PRIZES
Certificates and trophies will be awarded to the First 12 places in the Boy’s Groups and First 6 places in all Girls’ group.
