Description
This all position cellulosic electrode is a medium coated. This electrode can provide deep penetration on forceful which can be removed using thin friable slag. A flat bead with high melting rate can be deposited. This electrode is all performance welding in vertical downhill and overhead positions.

Description

Description
It mainly design to develop the welding of Ferritic, Martenaitic chrome steels and it is heavy coated low hydrogen. 9% Cr, 1% Mo are the composition of this weld metal, which have fantastic strength and can stand upto the temperature of 625°C and oxidising atmosphere upto 700°C. The weld which are made up of these electrodes require proper pre heating and post heating. In order to obtain the good results there need to dry the electrode at 300°C.
Typical Applications : 9% Cr plates, pipes, Tubes are welded with this. Even 7 to 10% Cr, 1% Mo steels for general corrosion and heat resistance application can be welded with this. Turbine blades, valve, seats, pump parts etc., A 213-T9 Tube, A335-P9Pipe Surfacing are surfaced.

Description
Royal-317L stainless Steel electrode have composition of 19 Cr, 12 Ni & 3 Mo and it is an extra low carbon weld metal. Inter-crystalline corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, hot cracking & chemical corrosion against sulphuric acids, phosphoric acids are resisted by this weld metal. Improved strength at high temperature rule out cracking and also bring down the chances of pitting. For better result dry it at 300°C, 1 hour before.
