Continue the Journey of Healing on the anniversary of National Sorry Day 26th May. This site of pages gives the background to this day, details of what is happening in each state, access to a public forum, and outlines some activities that can be undertaken in classrooms by students and teachers.

This Web site provides statistical information on more than 30,000 high-rise buildings in more than 190 countries. Search initially for your city, then you can browse or search for a desired building. In addition to information about specific buildings, background information on their locations' climate and population is also provided, as is information on planned and demolished buildings. A search for the Rialto building in Melbourne was quite successful!

Crossword Solver

Search for words starting with, containing, or ending with a string of letters. Or enter the letters you know in their respective squares of a form, tell the search engine how many letters are in the word and it will give you a list of words that fit. Highly recommended for crossword enthusiasts. Allwords.com site also features dictionaries, word games and crosswords.

First Fleet Online

First Fleet Online, provided by the University of Wollongong, consists of information about the convicts who were transported to Australia in 1787. It contains a database of the First Fleet convicts; background notes about the sources of the data in the database; diary extracts, and stories and letters of the time.

Get a grip on legal information with Surfwax. Also searchable through Surfwax are postings from the Law Librarians mailing list dating back from 1992.
