We are happy to have your child participating on one of our teams/clinics. Here is some relevant information that we believe you will find useful:

Absences should be communicated to your coach via email. If your child is absent from school, doesn't participate in PE, or is in school less than 4 hours on a given day, they cannot participate in after school activities.
League:
Uniforms are loaned. Please take good care of them and return at season's end. Uniforms that are not returned in good condition will be billed to the responsible party.
WAMSAO does not provide transportation except for XC and track. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent. Teams can explore carpools or busing on their own. Information on busing can be learned by contacting SESC Bus Co. Contact info is on our website. Walkers must complete a walker’s form and submit to the coach.
All teams have professional coaches. No parents are permitted to coach or serve as assistants. Please respect the coaches. Athletes play. Coaches coach. Parents cheer.
Any questions regarding playing time or coaching decisions should be brought to the coach by the athlete, not the parent. No parent should be calling or emailing coaches about playing time or coaching decisions. If the athlete does not feel his questions were answered or addressed, parents may email the coach to discuss. No coach should be addressed before or immediately after a game, on a field, a court, or in a parking lot. We ask that you respect the 24 hour rule--don't address a coach within 24 hours of a game. Playing time is at the sole discretion of the coach. There are no guarantees of playing time. Playing time is earned and is dependent on game situations.
There is a WAMSAO Closet to store sports gear during the school day. It is located outside the cafeteria entrance. Belongs left in the closet are not the responsibility of WAMSAO.
During the spring season, a gym use calendar is posted on to indicate which teams will have access to an indoor practice area when the weather outside is bad.
Study halls are teacher supervised and the season fee should be submitted to the teacher in the study hall during the first few sessions.
