GATHERING

Prelude

Oh, come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation!

Let us come into God’s presence with thanksgiving!

Let us make a joyful noise to God with songs of praise!

We praise you, O God, our redeemer, creator;

in grateful devotion our tribute we bring.

We lay it before you; we kneel and adore you;

We bless your holy name; glad praises we sing.

Let all the earth sing praise to God!

Let the sound of God’s praise be heard in all the world!

Let the sea roar, and all that fills it; the world and those who live in it.

Let the rivers clap their hands; let the hills sing together in the presence of the Lord.

Let us exult in God’s steadfast love!

We worship you, God of our fathers and mothers;

through trial and tempest our guide you have been.

When perils o’er take us, you will not forsake us,

and with your help, O Lord, our struggles we win.

Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous, and give thanks to God’s holy name!

My soul shall rejoice in the Lord, exulting in God’s deliverance.

Let all who take refuge in God rejoice; let them ever sing for joy.

My soul is satisfied as with a rich feast, and my mouth praises God with joyful lips.

Give thanks to the Lord with all your heart!

With voices united our praises we offer

and gladly our songs of thanksgiving we raise.

With you, Lord, beside us, your strong arm will guide us.

To you, our great redeemer, forever be praise!
