CANDY GRAMS

The Dauphin Island Student Council and National Honor Society will be selling Candy Grams, January 22–February 9. Candy Grams are $1.00 each. Candy Grams include a Cute Valentine Card and Delicious Heart Shaped Large Valentine Lollipop. Buy a Candy Gram for friends, family, and even a class set to support the Student Council and National Honor Society. The Student Council will be selling Candy Grams everyday in the Cafeteria from 7:30AM-8:00AM. Thank You for your support. We only have 450 to sell, Hurry!!!

VALENTINE’S DANCE

The PTO is sponsoring a “Valentine Dance” on February 2, 2018, from 6:00-8:00PM. The dance will be held at theDauphin Island United Methodist Church Hall. All studentsMUST be accompanied byan adult (no drop offs). Admission will cost you 2 can products per person. The can goods will be donated to the Methodist Church’s food pantry. The PTO will be serving pizza, snacks, and drinks. The PTO is asking each family to only send (1) of the followings items: baked goodies, cookies, chips, or individual wrapped candy. Dance goodies may be delivered to the school office on Friday, May 9, or brought to the Methodist church after 4:00PM.

CLASS PICTURES

Group class pictures have arrived in the office. These pictures are a great way to capture your child’s elementary memories. The cost is $10.00. Please come into the office to view and purchase your group pictures. If you would like to purchase your child’s group pictures without viewing, please send money and/or check to school office in attached envelope. Make all checks payable to BILL MILLER PHOTOGRAPHERS. Group class pictures may be viewed on the Dauphin Island School PTO facebook page.

ART CLUB

Art Club will begin for the New Year on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 3:00PM – 4:00PM.

PTO NEWS

  • The Dauphin Island PTO has a Facebook page: “Dauphin Island School PTO”. Parents please like uson our facebook page and share all your school pictures. The Yearbook committee is collecting pictures for the 2017-2018 school yearbook.

We need volunteers for the Nominating Committee, to select the PTO Officers for the 2018-2019 school year.
