Teacher Development Services

Even with the numerous trainingsandworkshops resources available for teachers, there is always need for more. Once teachers develop perspectives on different aspects of education, they are energised enough to explore processes on their own and empowered enough to make decisions about their pedagogy. We hope that workshops and material on such issues,peer learningandreinforcement through follow-ups and aligned development in school processes, will lead to teacher development.

This booklet,published from time to time[U2], has articles for students, parents, teachers, school administrators, educators, etc. It gives all the perspectives and liberty to the reader to choose readings according to their needs and interests.More Details.

Learning Resources and Tools

Students and teachers alike need not be restricted to textbooks. A range of our workbooks, teaching-learning material and videos have interesting learning material, designed separately for children, teachers and administrators. The material may also be customized to a school’s specific needs.

Publications

Conscientia Education Services completes its end-to-end offering in the academic publishing field through its publication support services. As part of the journal selection service, we use online citation indexes and e-databases to handpick targeted journals for your research studies.[U3]

School Development

We believe that the same teacher may perform in one way in a particular environment and in a very different way in a different setup. The workplace environment is a key influencing factor in teacher performance. Likewise, the learning environment created for children has a strong impact on the learning of a child. Our services for whole-school development are directed towards developing school processes for requirements of teachers, students, parents, administrators, or for any aspect to lead the school to be developed as an institution.

Online Discussion Forum

It has been proved that peer learning is a very effective in learning process. Though opportunity to learn from peer is available to some extent for the students in the class while for teachers it is often random but seldom so well planned that leads to improve effectiveness of teachers. CES offers a platform for discussion among peer-groups, with experts or to reach out to other stakeholders. The discussions may be initiated by anyone and are managed/moderated by our team members.

Projects and Assignments

We also provide support to other organizations by conducting research studies, evaluations and similar projects proposed by government/ non-government organizations for education and related activities. CES also provide support in developing technical proposals, process documentation, case studies and other reports required by Non-Government organizations.
