Trivia Night
Come up with a promotion plan (poster, newsletters, email, visit sections etc) and a plan for securing prizes - these need to be done asap.
d)Membership/Scout Liaison
Try Venturing - our DLVS suggested that we use the Mystery Dinner and Trivia Night as Try Venturing activity - then just need an outdoor activity for the final activity - this could be attendance at Waratah - or another night planned for term 4.
e)Quartermaster/Adventurous Activities

f)District/Region Venturer Scout Council - both Hobbes and Perry could not attend last meeting. Next meeting is Monday 19th August at Nt. Mt. Druitt

    Expedition Hike - 1-3 Oct - Rachel- need 4 plus hike leader for this to go ahead. A1 needs to be done. Closing date for A1 to be returned - 18 Sep.
    Expedition Hike - 26-27 Oct - Deborah and Luke- if going ahead need to contact examiner (Brian Roberts, Frank Barr or Aaron Wardle) and come up with a hike. Needs to be approved at next Unit Council meeting - 6 Sep. Closing date for A1 to be returned Wed 9th Oct (week 1 of term 4)
