PAR-14-275 - State Occupational Health and Safety Surveillance Program (U60) The goals of the program will be to 1) collect andanalyze data, 2) identify work related disease, injury and exposure trends, 3) set program priorities, and 4) develop prevention and outreach throughout the state. In addition, supported programs are expected to be resourceful and proactive in assessment, policy/rule/standard development, and strategic and organizationalactivities to foster and ensure a competent OSH program. Forthis PAR, three types of program applications, with increasing degree of program capability and sophistication and commensurate funding, will be acceptable. They are: 1) Fundamental Program, 2) Fundamental-Plus Program, and 3) Expanded Program. Conceptually, the Fundamental-Plus Program requires a moderate increase in programmatic and organizational capability and commitment for OSH surveillance compared to the Fundamental Program. Alternatively stated, the Fundamental-Plus Program is not a mid-point program between the

RFA-HS-15-003 - AHRQ Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Clinical Decision Support Learning Network (U18)
This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) invites applications to create a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) Clinical Decision Support (CDS) Learning Network ("PCOR CDS Learning Network.") The purpose of the PCOR CDS Learning Network is to engage stakeholders in the dissemination and implementation of PCOR findings through CDS and to promote incorporation of PCOR into clinical practice through CDS. RFA-HD-16-001 - Secondary Analysis of Existing Databases in Traumatic Brain Injury to Explore Outcomes Relevant to Medical Rehabilitation (R21)

This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) encourages applications to improve health outcomes for women, infants and children, by stimulating interdisciplinary research focused on maternal nutrition and pre-pregnancy obesity. Maternal health significantly impacts not only the mother but also the intrauterine environment, and subsequently fetal development and the health of the newborn. PAR-15-170 - Diet and Physical Activity Assessment Methodology (R01)/R21
This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) encourages innovative research to enhance the quality of measurements of dietary intake and physical activity. Applications submitted under this FOA are encouraged to include development of: novel assessment approaches; better methods to evaluate instruments; assessment tools for culturally diverse populations or various age groups, including children and older adults; improved technology or applications of existing technology; statistical methods/modeling to improve assessment and/or to correct for measurement errors or biases; methods to investigate the multidimensionality of diet and physical activity behavior through pattern analysis; or integrated measurement of diet and physical activity along with the environmental context of such behaviors. Southern Nursing Research Society
Funds are available for quantitative and qualitative research on any topic relevant to the nursing profession. This award will fund research that is not being done for course credit. The Southern Nursing Research Society (SNRS) Research Grant is for $7500.
