TERMS AND CONDITIONS

YOUR Productions Wedding Packages include:

Multiple Camera Ceremony Professional Editing and DVD Authoring

Multiple Camera Reception Two (2) Edited Master DVDs with Custom Chapter Points and Case

Contract camera time begins one hour prior to the scheduled starting time of your ceremony and is based on continuous hours not to exceed 6 hours. Additional camera hours are available @ $50.00 per hour.

Payment shall be made as follows:

A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the total amount due is required upon signing and returning this contract. Payment may be made in cash, personal check, or money order. Checks or money orders should be made payable to YOUR PRODUCTIIONS. The balance due must be paid in full on or before the date of your wedding. There is 6.85% sales tax on the total amount of all orders.

YOUR PRODUCTIIONS exercises the utmost care with respect to the video services and products offered. Any liability of YOUR PRODUCTIIONS is limited to monies paid.

Raw video footage is retained by YOUR PRODUCTIIONS for no longer than two (2) months following the event date. YOUR PRODUCTIIONS reserves the right to use the original tape, excerpts and/or reproductions for display or promotional purposes.

Should the event be postponed or cancelled, the deposits paid are not refundable.

No DVD or videotape, either in progress or completed may be removed from the studio premises unless the balance due has been paid in full. DVD’s are delivered 3-4 weeks after event.
