Wedding Summary
Couple Aaron Jenkins and Julie Mendez were a couple seeking complete guidance for their upcoming wedding. The bride and groom had different personalities but the same interest when it came to deciding on choices for their wedding. The couple loves to have fun and surround themselves around their family and close friends. Most their guest count consisted of family and however, the bride and groom invited their share of friends. A semi traditional wedding was in place.
The concept of the theme became “Romantic Elegance” which was the instant feeling you would receive from the couple. Colors to reflect this theme were White, Silver and hints of Blush Pink which was the perfect choice of ‘pop of color’ for the springtime. Nothing says romance more than candles and roses, therefore that was the key concept through the ceremony and reception area. The beautiful aisle Four Seasons has, was made into a runwayof low candles and white roses petals.White Roses were also the main attraction on the tall centerpieces for the guest tables along with hydrangeas. Candles and small arrangements containing roses, hydrangeas and peonies were placed on the sign in table. Bride and groom felt special in their own sweetheart tablewith white furniture seating, an elegant white table and three separate arrangements flowing the table. Minor purple lighting was placed near the DJ booth but the couple wanted to keep the lighting to a minimum. The DJ kept the guests on their feet as they dance the night away taking selfies with the photo booth, Instagram face and of course with the LED robot!
No transportation was needed, the bridal party, bride and the groom had their own suites to wake up stress free. The schedule in place for the vendors was placed in a timely manner that did not clash with one another. The rentals and linens were the first to arrive as those vendors needed to set up prior to the floral company in which also added accents to some areas. Hair and makeup was the first to arrive as we needed the bride and bridal party to be ready by the time the photographer finished with the detail shots. Ceremony shots came out beautiful due to the time, and the photographer could catch the remarkable Miami sunset.
Overall the couple had the night they imagined, the colors, the décor and the idea of the wedding all came to life and to top it all off, they did NOT surpass their budget!
