Congratulations on your forthcoming marriage
Redbrick House is set in beautiful surroundings in the heart of Sherwood Forest, with ideal photographic opportunities to enhance your special day.
Our restaurant and banqueting Suite facilities cater for small or large parties (up to 200 guests).
(Minimum numbers; 60 guests in the day and 120 guests at night)
We can also assist you in the planning and preperation of your day and alleviate as much pressure as possible; it’s important to you that you enjoy and appreciate this wonderful experience.
Included in this package are meal and buffet options, drinks packages, entertainment and accomodation information along with details of some of our ‘Special Touches’ that sets us apart; added extras we have picked up along the way due to years of experience.
Restaurant
We offer you a warm and friendly service and cater for small and intimate weddings.
Please be aware that our restaurant is only available until 5:00pm as we resume normal sevice after this time.
Forest Suite
Our banqueting suite is self-contained and has its own bar, dance floor, lounge area and disabled facilities. We also have a resident D.J. who will entertain and take any special requests.

Accommodation
We have seven very well appointed rooms to stay, (single and double) all with en-suite , digital TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Family rooms are available on request. We have our Bridal Suite of- course, all Include a full english breakfast.

We now also have available Three beautiful rooms in a barn conversion with en-suite , digital TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Over looking the countryside.

We have our own cake stand and bridal knife at your disposal and a professional ‘Master of Ceremonies’ to guide you through the day and handle any formalities

Terms and Conditions
In order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding bookings, the following are our terms and conditions, which ALL bookings are subject to.
Any booking is provisional until we receive a signed copy (by both parties) of the booking form together with a non refundable deposit of £500:00
Provisional numbers will be asked for at the time of the booking PLEASE NOTE FOR FOREST SUITE BOOKINGS, MINIMUM NUMBER TO BE CHARGED WILL BE 60 DAY RECEPTION AND 120 EVENING RECEPTION
Final number and full payment is required 28 days prior to the commencement of the reception.
PLEASE NOTE A 3% SURCHARGE WILL BE ADDED IF PAYING BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
In the event of cancellation of the booking by the clients, the clients shall pay to the company a cancellation fee calculated as follows:
If paying by Cheque, payment will be required 6 weeks prior to the date of Wedding.
Once payment has been acceted no refunds will be given.
- The total charge if notice of the cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to function.
- 50% of total charge between 30 days and 14 days prior to commencement of function.
- 30% of total charge if notice of cancellation is received between 60 days and 30 days prior to commencement of function.
