Grace Christian Fellowship Wedding Policy
Grace Christian Fellowship is available for weddings. However, it is only available to current members in good standing.[1] The following guidelines will apply.
Before any plans are made, you must make your appointment with Dave Nelson to go over and sign the Wedding Policy.
You must meet with wedding coordinator prior to setting a date on the church calendar. We will do our best to accommodate your date preference if we can. All paperwork must be turned in prior to setting a date. Please do not order your invitations without first having the date approved by the wedding coordinator.
We do not offer use of our fellowship hall for rehearsal dinners. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You may use the fellowship hall for receptions under these circumstances: your guest list is under 150, and only cake and punch/coffee is served. (No red punch please.) This is a service for those who are looking for a simple reception. The room is not big enough for large crowds. We are firm on these conditions, if you would like to serve food other than cake,or your guest list is over 150, you will need to find another venue for your reception. Sorry for the inconvenience.
All decorations of the sanctuary and fellowship hall must be approved by wedding coordinator.
We do not offer video for weddings. If you would like this service, you will need to hire outside help.
You MUST be members of GCF to be married here.
The total cost to use our facility is $490-$515. See cost break down for more information. This is due a minimum of two weeks prior to wedding.

Frequently Asked Questions
The sanctuary is available to decorate from 9 to 1 on Fridays, and after 12 pm on Saturdays. There are various meetings being held prior to noon on Saturday. Please stay out of the office wing as the pastors are trying to work.Please plan to work in this timeframe only.
Due to preparations for the following Sunday service, we ask that you plan your wedding no later than 3pm. Evening weddings are available on Friday nights only.
The rehearsal time must be coordinated with Marnie Hansen to ensure all the workers are available at the appropriate times. Keep in mind, many or all of your workers have day time jobs and aren’t available until after 6pm.
You will need to provide all candles, candle holders and decorations for wedding ceremony. We do not have a candelabra or any type of unity candle for your use. Please use dripless candles to preserve the carpet.
You are responsible to clean up the sanctuary and fellowship hall if used, and remove all decorations. Please plan for your clean up crew to start immediately following the wedding. Do not plan to leave and come back later, as the building will be locked and you will not be able to get back in. Please remove all your personal belongings, put away tables and chairs back to regular working order, and take out trash.
The two rooms to be used for the bridal party are the upstairs nursing mom’s room, and the nursery off the fellowship hall. We ask that you stay out of the office wing please. GCF is not responsible for any items left or lost.
Please do not plan to use any nails, tacks, or to make any holes as you decorate the sanctuary or fellowship hall. We do have pew clips available for your use to decorate the pews. We strongly discourage blocking the center aisle entrance into the pews.

Music Information
All music must be confirmed by a pastor on staff at GCF. Our goal is to honor God with the music choices for your ceremony. This form is to be turned in to Dave Nelson a minimum of two weeks prior to your wedding.
