If you do not need full service coordination and design, we offer a month of and day of wedding coordination service. Details and prices are below:

Day-of Event Coordination and Styling

This package is perfect for the couple who has done a lot of the work themselves and needs help on their big day to set up and coordination. We have a dedicated team to set it up the design you have planned and coordinate your wedding activities for the day.

Day of assistance:

  • Three team members for three hours of pre-event set-up of general decorative items
  • Setting up pre-made centerpieces and decorative accents on each table
  • Creating a sample place setting for the caterer to follow for each table
  • Final check and adjustments after caterer has completed setting tables
  • Adding favors, menus, place cards, etc.to each place setting like
  • Ensuring proper room layout, troubleshooting and redirecting if changes are required
  • Styling escort card display
  • Styling additional tables (welcome table, favor, guest book and cake table displays)
  • Executing ceremony décor as desired
  • Bar and cocktail hour décor set-up

Before the wedding:

  • Conduct site visit
  • Meet with couple one month before the wedding to understand overall vision and final placement of all desired items and confirm final amount of assistants required to execute set-up
  • Trouble shoot any DIY decor made by the client leading up to the wedding
    Confirm with venue, caterer and florist to ensure that all design details are clearly understood by all parties

Month-of Coordination

Our Month-ofCoordination starts 4-6 weeks before your wedding to ensure that we are well versed in your eventand are able to effectively manage the vendor confirmations for you. It includes day-of styling, and the heart of this package is the ceremony and reception management.

Complete management of the wedding day starting with checking in with the bridal party

  • Manage the pre-wedding photos
  • Oversee vendor arrival and activities
  • Set-up of wedding items like setting out escort cards, placing menus and family photos
  • Cue all processional activities and manage ceremony musicians, wedding party and family
  • Work with catering staff and emcee to ensure the timeline is followed and all vendorsare properly cued
  • Manage reception timeline including all speeches and dances
  • Distribute all vendor gratuities and any final balance payments

Before the wedding:

Beginning one month before the wedding, the lead coordinator will introduce herself and become a point of contact for all booked vendors, review all contracts, create a timeline of the day for all vendors to follow, triple check and confirm all vendors.

- 4 to6 weeks before the event, you will have an in person meeting with your lead coordinator to download all event details. Your coordinator will be available via phone and email for any general questions or issues that arise starting from date of booking.
