Weatherford Community,

The Weatherford Youth Association (WYA) is a non-profit organization committed to helping the youth of our community achieve their goals both on and off the field of play. We do this by stressing qualities such as integrity, discipline and teamwork while teaching the basic skills of both football and cheerleading to the over300 kids that participate each year.

A large part of the success of our organization from year to year depends on the participation of local businesses in our community to help sponsor different events that we hold each year. Eight years ago, we created a special benefit to help raise funds for scholarships for kids that normally cannot afford to participate in our program. The 8th Annual WYA Scholarship Benefit Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, 2018 at the beautiful Sugar Tree Golf Course. We are currently seeking sponsors as well as players, for this event and would be grateful if you could help in any way.

Our goal is to make this tournament an annual event and with your help we can ensure that we never have to turn a child away because of a lack of funding.
