We will try to honor your layout preferences. However, the first priority is properly manning the layouts and gettingcarpools organized. RockyOp 2017 will be limited to 64 attendees.

Please register by April 15th, 2017. This will allow time to put the packets together. Layout assignments and directions to the hotel will be sent via email shortly thereafter. One registrant per form, please. We are spread out in Colorado, so there will be some driving involved to get to thelayouts. Only a limited number of people can be accommodated, so there will be a waiting list. If you need tocancel, please let us know.

Many of the layouts use FRS radios. If you have one, please bring it along. Most of the layouts should have enough equipment, but it’s useful to have spares.

ANY level of operations experience is welcome, from the novice to the most experienced!

What is the cost for the operating weekend? We are asking for nothing. The layout owners are covering the costs of mailing and document preparation.
