1.  Consider the nomination of David Dalton, 121 Beach Avenue to be appointed a member of the Board of Tax Assessment Appeals to fill the expired term of Ronald Russ term to expire January 31, 2012

2.  Consider the nomination of Coreine Peluso, 365 Buckingham Street, Oakville to be reappointed on the Commission on Aging for a term to expire January 31, 2010.

3.  Consider the nomination of Loretta Lambert, 28 Cottage Place, Oakville to be appointed a member of the Commission on Aging to fill the expired term of Joanne Pannone for a term to expire January 31, 2010.

b.  Consider acceptance of a proposal from Primoris Benefit Advisors Inc. for a Government Accounting Standards Board (“GASB”) 45 Actuarial and consulting services for the Town of Watertown for an amount not to exceed $8,150.

c.  Discussion regarding the Town-wide communication system for Fire and Police emergency communication.

d.  Consider bid for realtor services for the sale of Town owned property located at 720 Echo Lake Road.

e.  Consider an appropriation from the General Fund in the amount of $8,150 for GASB 45 Actuarial and consulting services.

f.  Consider a contract extension for groundwater sampling and reporting for services to be provided by Analytical Consulting Technology, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $42,152.

g.  Consider an appropriation from the General Fund in the amount of $12,500 Police Uniforms for new recruits.

h.  Consider an appropriation from the General Fund in the amount of $23,918.36 for a refund of the remaining balance of inspection fees for Guernseytown Farm Estates Phase One

i.  Consider a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds between line items.
