Registration Form
Registration – Begins at 9:00 am sharp – Bluevale Collegiate Institute, 80 Bluevale St. North, Waterloo
1. Teams must pay a registration fee of $325 (includes lunch and tickets) by Sat Sept 30, 2016

3. Teams must submit their registration form below electronically by Fri Sept 30,2015
4. Once all fees and forms have been submitted and the tournament is full the schedule will be emailed to captains.
5. Extra tickets will be available on the day after each team has received their first 10 tickets.
6. Maximum of 12 men’s teams and 8 women’s teams will be allowed to register. (Last year we turned away 3 teams.)
Rules and Regulations
1. Our tournament games follow 10 A Side Rugby Laws with 3 man scrums and 8 minute halves.
2. The only exception is that the try scorer must kick his/her own drop goal. (Referee will give them a card for the draw.)
3. First team on field kicks off and there will be 1 minute for half time.
Awards and Social
1. There will be toilets, a physiotherapist and Oktoberfest sausage a drink (included) available from 11:30 until 2:00 on site.
2. Try scorers receive a playing card from the ref. They can check their card at the prize table and if it is a match, they win.
3. All winning team awards for each division will be given out at the end of the day.
4. During the day we ask all teams to put all their garbage in the garbage bags provided and leave them at the field.
5. The tournament should wrap up by 4:00 which will leave teams time to get ready for the Festhallen Event at Queensmount Arena.
6. Ticket holders should get there by 7:00 – 7:30 pm for guaranteed entry.
