This Notice is to advise you that the Trustees of the Plan have decided to place certain investments made available under the Plan on the Plan’s Watch List.
Placement on the Watch List means that the Trustees have concerns about the ability of the investment options to continue to best serve the needs of Participants under the Plan.
At this time, none of the investment options placed on the Watch List have been terminated as an available investment under the Plan. Rather, the Trustees will closely monitor the funds and may decide at a later time to remove some or all as an available investment entirely under the Plan or as an investment option for new funds.

While the Trustee has not determined that the investment options are no longer appropriate as investment options under the Plan, the Trustee, as part of its on-going duty to monitor all investment options made available under the Plan, will continue to closely monitor these investments and may decide, in the future, to remove one or all as options. If that decision should be made, you will be notified. In the interim, this information is being provided to you in order that you will have all necessary information currently available to the Trustees in making your investment decisions under the Plan.
