Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Partner Paul S. Ware Elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (July 27, 2010) – Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that partner Paul S. Ware has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Election as a Fellow is evidence of professional distinction and constitutes a professional honor. Selection as a Fellow is limited to the top 1/3 of 1% of lawyers licensed to practice in the United States.

Ware focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate governance activities and transactions, particularly those involving financial institutions. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of North Carolina School of Law Banking Institute. Ware holds a J.D. (cum laude) from Washington & Lee University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of the South.
His community involvement has focused on the visual arts. He serves on the board of Studio by the Tracks, a nonprofit organization which provides free art instruction to adults and children with autism; is a participant in ArtBlink benefitting the Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB; is a community art partner with VSA of Alabama, a statewide organization dedicated to serving children and adults with disabilities and chronic illnesses; and has provided hands-on art projects for YouthServe, the largest youth service organization in Birmingham.
