Course Outcomes: / •  To know and understand what defines a vulnerable adult.
•  To know and understand situations which place a vulnerable adult at risk.
•  Recognising the signs symptoms and impact of abuse and communicating to the relevant authority.
•  For Care Staff to gain a greater awareness in recognising and promoting a consistent approach to the protection of service users.
•  Have an awareness of professional vulnerability in the work place
