Terms of Usage: Remote Access
Hereby the user commits to log on only with the allotted user access data. Furthermore the user commits not to handover or to communicate his user access data such as PIN, RSA-Token or the username to any other person. The PIN and RSA-Token are not permitted to be stored together. The owner of the RSA-Token is fully responsible for any access made through the token. The FTDS Network Services team is responsible only for the local infrastructure providing this access but not for accessing the user PC and its configuration or user's internet access. In case of loss or theft of the RSA-Token/PIN or connection or authentication problems, the user should contact the FTDS Customer Support Center.Through their signature the user confirms compliance with the following guidelines:
The terms and conditions of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) apply.
Users should not use external connections to the FTDS Network that circumvent the official approved access points. The parellel usage of an internal or external network or provider is prohibited.
The User commits to install a piece of anti-virus software on the User PC and to keep this up-to-date through regular updates and virus scans.
Every attempted access will be recorded with the following data: date, time, ip address, user name and duration.

Should the token not be returned promptly, a fee of 50 € will be levied.
