3. All rates are the “STARTING FROM” rates – there may be additional charges, which will be advised during the booking process.
4. Extra charge for services from 08:00pm till 08:00am (depending on airport) – 25%-50%.
5. Extra charge for services from Saturday 06:00pm till midnight on Sunday & on Public holidays (depending on airport) – 25%-100%.
6. Extra charge for Last Minute bookings (less than 24 – 48 hours) (depending on airport) – 25% - 50%
7. Airside access at some airports may be subject to possible security restrictions! We will advise at time of booking of this does occur.
8. VIP Services for transit passengers are possible. Please, check the rates at time of booking!

10. Pre-payment 100% for all VIP services in airports.
11. Cancellation terms:
· Until 96 hours (local time of airport, arrival/departure) – free of charge
· 96 hours – 72 hours (local time of airport, arrival/departure) – 25%
· 72 hours – 48 hours (local time of airport, arrival/departure) – 50% (100% - for USA, Canada, Latin America region)
· Less than 48 hours (local time of airport, arrival/departure) or no-show – 100%
