Directions: Complete your Self-Evaluation honestly and authentically. Be sure to add or fix anything that is required before sharing your presentation
with your teacher.
Descriptor / What Is the Evidence? / ✓1. I used 10 or more vocabulary words and created 12 or more slides (or sections or parts in Prezi).
2. I followed the copyright law and fair use guidelines, I inserted at least one appropriate royalty-free clipart image or picture on each slide, and I cited each source used in my final credits slide.
3. I completed my title slide with an attractive title, an interesting subtitle, my name, a clipart or picture with a well-worded caption.
4. For each vocabulary slide, I keyed or copied/pasted the word as the main title.
5. For each word in each vocabulary slide, I keyed or copied/pasted its definition form the vocabulary handout.
6. For each word in each vocabulary slide, I rewrote and keyed my personal definition in my own words.
7. For each vocabulary word I slide, I keyed a complete and effective sentence with an IB-MYP or international/global tie-in, connection, or application.
8. Each sentence I keyed in my presentation begins with a capital letter and ends with an appropriate end mark (period, exclamation point, or question mark).
9. For each vocabulary slide, I inserted an appropriate clipart image or picture and I authentically completed Descriptor #2 above on my Self-Evaluation Form
10. I completed my Credits Slide with accuracy by alphabetically listing my sources used for information/data (i.e., the vocabulary list), my images or graphics, and if applicable, my optional audio or sound (preferably in MLA style).
11. I have proofread and edited each slide, both with and without spell check, and made corrections for errors of spelling, capitalization, punctuation, subject/verb agreement, spacing, typos, etc.
