Consulting Experience:

IU School of Medicine, Consultant on NIH/NLM R01 grant(2013-2016): The goal of the grant, “Bioinformatics Strategies for Multidimensional Brain Imaging Genetics,” is to develop new methods for detecting relationships between high dimension brain images and high dimension genetic data in order to determine genetic correlates of brain diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.

TRGtech, Tire Consulting (2007): Analyzed tire tread wear data and developed tread wear prediction models as a subcontractor to a major tire company.

Sony DADC, Terre Haute, IN (2003): Analyzed ware house data and conducted a statistical audit to assess accuracy of inventory databases.

Salk Institute, La Jolla, CA (1992): Developed code to train backprop neural network to perform real-time alertness monitoring of sonar operators using EEG (brain waves).
