Technology and Architecture
Based on Microsoft’s latest .Net 2.0 framework,VisionCPMWeb implements the middle tier of your VisionCPM application on top of your existing back-end SQL database. This architecture minimises the need to add expensive infrastructure, while using advanced Web-based technologies. By utilising a browser-based approach VisionCPM requiresno installation or configuration on the end user’s PC, and uses Internet Explorer (running XHTML/JavaScript)as its presentation-tier client.

VisionCPM Web Client
A light, robust Web implementation of the VisionCPMapplication, the Web client allows your staff to manage and view property and lease information from almost any Web-enabled device. Using Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0),the authorised user can view and manage properties using theWeb browser - with no additional installation or configuration on the user’s device.

Scalability
VisionCPMWeb is designed to scale with your property portfolio and the number of users accessing it. Developed using Microsoft’s .Net framework and able to be deployed as an ASP.NET application, VisionCPMWeb runs as a 3-Tier Web application with built-in access and caching management. This gives you full control over the application’s scaling factors to suit your changing requirements.
Modularity
VisionCPM Web uses its back-end database as a content management vehicle, and allows you to add future functionality and content to your application without performing major upgrades or complex configuration.
Additional application modules could be added while minimising maintenance tasks and system downtime.
