Dear SUNGPYO WOO

RE: Application for Subclass 417 - Working Holiday (Temporary) (Class TZ) visa

This is to advise that SUNGPYO WOO has been granted a Working Holiday Visa, Subclass 417, on 17 March 2010.

This letter contains important information about this visa.

VISA GRANT NUMBER

The visa grant number is 8119531788368. This is the unique number assigned to the visa. Visa holders should keep this visa grant number with them, as they may have to provide it to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) during the life of the visa.

VISA INFORMATION

This visa allows SUNGPYO WOO to make their initial entry into Australia no later than 12 months from the date that the visa was granted. The initial entry into Australia must not be after 17 March 2011.

Once in Australia, this visa permits SUNGPYO WOO to stay in Australia for 12 months from the date that they first enter Australia. It provides for multiple travel to Australia, which means that SUNGPYO WOO can leave Australia and re-enter Australia as many times as they wish during their 12 month stay. However, if SUNGPYO WOO departs Australia during their 12 month stay, they are not able to recover the period of time spent outside Australia.

SUNGPYO WOO will not have a visa label placed in their passport when travelling to Australia as their visa is recorded electronically in Australia's visa systems. It is recommended that SUNGPYO WOO keep a copy of this advice for their personal records.

Please note that this visa is linked to the passport number provided in SUNGPYO WOO's application. If SUNGPYO WOO obtains a new passport after receiving this letter, DIAC systems will not recognise the new passport and SUNGPYO WOO will be prevented from travelling to Australia. The visa is linked to the passport number that SUNGPYO WOO provided in their application. If SUNGPYO WOO has obtained a new passport, please contact the eVisa Helpdesk for advice ().

Please note, this Working Holiday Visa can only be used once. If SUNGPYO WOO finds that their circumstances have changed after they are granted a Working Holiday Visa and they want to postpone their working holiday but still need to travel to Australia for a brief visit, they MUST apply for a Tourist Visa or another temporary visa. This will cease the Working Holiday Visa and they will be able to apply for another Working Holiday Visa at a later stage, if they still meet all the eligibility criteria.

If SUNGPYO WOO obtains an ETA (Electronic Travel Authority, subclass 976) after their Working Holiday Visa has been granted, their entry to Australia will activate the Working Holiday Visa and they will NOT be able to apply for another first Working Holiday vi

Please note that this Working Holiday Visa has been approved subject to a number of conditions:
