Vitoligno 300-C: fully automatic pellet boiler with outputs up to 101 kW
The Vitoligno 300-C is a fully automatic pellet boiler that makes wood heating especially comfortable. With its three output sizes of 80, 99, and 101 kW, it is also ideal for commercial properties. Its degree of efficiency of up to 96 percent keeps fuel consumption low. Thus, large residential complexes and commercial buildings, for example, can be efficiently and comfortably heated with pellets.
Automatic functions
With its numerous automatic functions, the boiler can be run on its own with a minimum of effort, like an oil or gas boiler. The automatic functions include not only fuel feed, but also power-saving ignition, as well as cyclical ash removal from the heat exchanger and the grate. The standing arrangement of the heat exchanger enables long intervals between cleaning by allowing hardly any ash deposit build up. The lockable, mobile ash box produces practically no dust when being emptied.
Flexible pellet feed
The pellet feed can run optionally by way of a flexible screw conveyor or an extraction system. The dimensions of the large pellet container (up to 315 liters) mean that it does not have to be refilled during the night. Even during the day, its noise-reducing design provides for a quiet pellet feed. The fuel supply is prepared optionally from the right or the left.
Comfortable control
The Ecotronic control with integrated start-up assistant is controlled by atmospheric conditions and regulates:
- up to three heating circuits with mixer
- two heating circuits with mixer and DHW generation
- one heating circuit with mixer, a solar circuit, and DHW generation
- a fourth heating circuit with mixer by way of the KM Bus and a separate Vitotrol heating circuit control
The control is easy and intuitive to use – with the new ViCare app or the Vitotrol Plus app also via smartphone. When cleared by the operator, Vitoguide can also have a specialist company monitor the system remotely and plan maintenance work in advance. With the Vitotrol 350-C remote control (accessory), as many as four pellet boilers can be run as a cascade.
Matching accessories
A comprehensive program of pellet storage and feeding systems are available for the pellet boiler. An extraction unit with modular fourfold/eightfold probe switching is available for buildings with pellet storage space but no slanting floor. The probe system can be adjusted flexibly to the pellet storage space and can also be used with L-shaped or extremely elongated spaces. The pellet storage space can be used to the full, and since a slanted floor is no longer necessary, nearly one-third more storage space is available.

Vitoligno 300-S: log gasification boiler for commercial applications
The Vitoligno 300-S has an output from 34.9 to 75 kW designed for mono-mode heating operation with logs. Automatic ignition, long refilling intervals, and menu-guided control with the option of Internet-based remote control enable comfortable operation in large residential complexes, for instance, or in agricultural and processing operations.
Efficient log burning boiler
Half-meter logs can be easily loaded from above into the 255-liter hopper of this top loader (capacities of 60 and 75 kW). In the process, the carbonization gas extraction keeps smoke at a minimum during refilling. Apart from logs, leftover pieces of wood, large woodchips, and wood briquettes can be used as fuel. The boiler smoothly adjusts the heat output to the current need for heat. With a degree of efficiency of more than 93 percent, the Vitoligno 300-S is the most efficient log burning boiler of its type. This is ensured by the Lambda probe combustion control and by having the logs burn in two separate stages.
Automatic functions for comfortable boiler operation
The heat exchanger automatically cleans itself at regular intervals by means of an integrated mechanism. Automatic ignition and heat exchanger cleaning make operating a log burning boiler of this performance class especially comfortable.
Menu-guided control for up to four heating circuits
The menu-guided Ecotronic boiler control can regulate up to four heating circuits. The control also manages the heating water buffer cylinder. All information is shown on a large, easy-to-read, graphics-compatible display. Its intuitive operability and multiple-line plain text display guarantee fast and sure navigation through the various menus.
The Vitotrol 350-C remote control also enables the log burning boiler to be remotely controlled. The large five-inch touch display makes it especially comfortable to use. The Vitotrol 350-C is more than merely a remote control, however. It enables the system to be extended by up to twenty mixer circuits.
Digital control – also with an app
The Optolink interface on the control can connect it to the Vitoconnect Internet interface. Then the boiler can be operated from anywhere using a smartphone and the ViCare app, to set the water temperature in the boiler, for instance. In addition, after clearance by the system operator, a specialist company can use Vitoguide to monitor the system online. The contractor receives an overview of all service-related operating parameters, can change settings without having to be on site, and can plan service work in advance. This enhances the availability of the system.
Short installation time
Compact dimensions and a low design height enable the boiler to be set up flexibly and in a short time, too, since it comes fully wired and ready-to-use. The start-up assistant integrated in the control provides for an error-free, time-saving start-up procedure.

Vitoligno 150-S: affordable gasification boiler for efficient heat generation with logs
The new Vitoligno 150-S is an affordable gasification boiler for supplying heat to single-family homes. It is ideal as a backup boiler unit for dual-mode operation with an oil or gas condensing boiler.
Ideal supplement to oil or gas heater already in place
In a dual-mode system, the Vitoligno 150-S provides for the basic supply of heat and hot water. Only at low temperatures does the fossil-fuel boiler switch on in addition to cover the peak load.
Clean burning
The log gasification boiler works in modulating mode and adjusts the heat output to the actual need for heat. With its high degree of efficiency of 93 percent, the Vitoligno 150-S burns the logs extremely efficiently. The combustion control with a Lambda probe and an exhaust gas temperature sensor also provides for clean burning with low emissions. The Vitoligno 150-S fulfills the requirements of the 1st Ordinance of the German Federal Immission Control Act (1. BImSchV) and is eligible for subsidies from BAFA (German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control).
Comfortable heating with logs
The large hopper can accommodate logs of up to fifty centimeters in length. This means that it only needs to be refilled at long intervals and has a burnout time of up to 4.5 hours. In addition, the door opens to a wide angle, thus affording ample access to the hopper. Its start-up flap enables it to heat up in a matter of only a few minutes. The carbonization gas extraction ensures that the operator is not exposed to annoying smoke and combustion gases when refilling the hopper. There is a lever mechanism allowing the operator to easily clean the hot gas flues from the outside.
Digital control
The intuitive Ecotronic 100 control is easy to use. All important information is shown on the illuminated display in a way that is easy to understand. For instance, a bar graph indicates the current charge status of the heating water buffer cylinder.
Installation in less than an hour
The compact boiler is easy to install and the installation normally takes less than an hour. The door is hinged on both sides, making it easy to adjust it to suit the available space.
