2018 SPRING AND FALL LITTLE LEAGUE SEASON

Dear Prospective BHLL Sponsor,
Branham Hills Little League (BHLL) is a chartered, non-profit Little League Baseball
organization (Tax I.D.:45-2904553) which has been providing an exciting youth baseball experience for
boys and girls from 4 to 16 years old in our community for over 50 years. BHLL
provides this fundamental service to our community at an affordable rate which
requires a tremendous amount of support so we can continue to provide a fun and
encouraging environment for our youth.
Sponsorship is a crucial part of our organization. We are currently seeking financial
sponsors to help us continue to deliver a quality sports program for over the 400
children in our program. We need your help. The funds raised from sponsorships
help us to cover the cost of uniforms, equipment, coaches training, umpire equipment and
education, facility maintenance and various other costs associated with our quality
program.
Your generous sponsorship dollars provide an opportunity for children to learn the
game of baseball, the value of teamwork and the responsibilities of being on a
team.
Attached is a Sponsor Plan Options sheet which details the level at which you can
provide financial support, along with the benefits. Your tax-deductible donation to
BHLL will supplement participation fees and help us offset the costs of equipment,
player insurance, field maintenance, operational expenses and special projects.
