Scholarship application must contain the following materials.

( ) Image List of works including Number, Name, Title, Medium, Date, Size. - Hard Copy Required

( ) 16 examples of work in a CD, DVD or Flash disk - Required

Guidelines for Portfolio:

1) All files and disk must be a PC/MAC compatible disk.

2) Portfolio disk must be labeled with student’s full name and ULID.

3) All art work submitted for this scholarship must have been created in college level courses.

NO ART WORK PRODUCED IN HIGH SCHOOL MAY BE SUBMITTED.

4) The portfolio MUST contain the following:

• 4 examples of work from Drawing 1

• 4 examples of work from Drawing 2

• 4 examples of work from Design 1 (2D Design)

• 4 examples of work from Design 2 (3D Design)

Guidelines for Image Files:

1)  All examples of work must be in jpg format

2)  Your image files must be titled starting with two digit numbers (e.g. 01title.jpg, 02title.jpg…).

3)  Your image list must follow the same name and order as your files. (See the Image List Form attached).
