This is to be considered only a request and sending it is not considered as a confirmation of the reservation. The confirmation and the name of the hotel will be sent to you later by reservation center. Reservations, unless different specific requests, will be confirmed at the Savoy Hotel Regency until the hotel is fully booked. Next, you will be confirmed at the Savoia Hotel Country House, until the hotel is fully booked
All invoices for the stay will be issued by the individual hotels upon departure
Check In time is 13:00 on the day of arrival, while Check – Out time is 11:00 on the day of departure. All extras charges are to be settled directly by the guest(s) upon departure from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
Between 29 and 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total for the stay will be retained by the hotel
19 days before arrival or later (no – shows included): the cancellation fee will equal the total amount for the stay. Any early departure will be regarded as a No – Show and will therefore bear a 100% penalty fee for any of unused night(s)
