PUBLICATION POLICY!

Business Dialogue asks you to read the accreditation requirements thoroughly:

  1. Accreditation is granted upon obligatory publication of materials, TV/radio broadcast of Conference related pieces or reports (mention of the name of the Conference and/or the name of the organiser –Business Dialogue – is OBLIGATORY)

Please comply with these terms and send a copy of the published materials to: ;

3 copies of each press publication are to be forwarded to: 105066, Moscow, StarayaBasmannaya St., 38/2, bldg. 3;

  1. Only one person may be accredited from each editorial office.
  2. The accreditation of media representatives is valid throughout the Conference: 6 to 8 December 2012.
  3. Accreditation badges are issued at the media registration stand at the Conference and exhibition venue.
  4. An accreditation badge for is issued media representatives only if the following requirements are met:
  • confirmed accreditation in the Conference database
  • presentation of passport (passport details must comply with those in the Conference database).

In case one or more of the above requirements are not met, the organiser company has the right to deny accreditation to the given event.

The accredited journalist shall:

  • check the validity of the information supplied
  • comply with requests from the persons supplying information, indicating the source, and also with authorisation of any quote made for the first time
  • when receiving information from the public or officials, inform them about the ongoing photoshoot, audio or video recording
  • when working, provide the editorial certificate or any other document proving the identity and authority of the journalist as soon as requested to do so
  • not use professional capabilities to conceal or falsify information of social value, spread rumours in the guise of truth, collect information for third parties or organisations not related to the media
  • stop photo/video filming at the request of security personnel

The media representative also has other obligations under the Law on the Media of the Russian Federation.

Accreditation at the Conference grants access to all business and entertainment events on the programme and to receive information materials. A press centre equipped with computers and Internet is available for accredited journalists.
