Vision Statement
In five years, St. Andrews will be THE church for people that don’t think there is a church for them, that has a true impact on the community, and changes people’s lives.
Mission – How we are going to get where we are going?
To seek out those people that don’t think there is a church for them and make them a part of our community.
Values – St. Andrew’s, being grounded in Episcopal tradition and dedicated to growth in the
Christian Faith and Life, is rooted in the following Values.
- Casual, comfortable church, where people can be themselves.
- Making a real difference in the community.
- Kids are full members of our church, and are a part of everything we do.
- Building relationships and improving each other’s lives.
Milestones – What things will be happening that tell us we are successful?
- 400 people worshiping on Sunday
- Over 75% of adults are active in ministry outside of simply attending church.
- Multiple services, in different styles, (potentially start a remote campus).
- Retain 1/3 of our visitors
- St. Andrews is known to have a real and measurable impact on the community (known for more than pumpkins).
- Community leaders know that when the community has a need, St. Andrews responds.
