CANTEEN:There will be catering for the tournament. Sandwiches, hot food, cold
drinks (water, sports and soft drinks) & lollies, chocolate bars & chips.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:All teams must supply an experienced umpire & they must be available for the finals irrespective of whether their team is in the finals.

Failure of an umpire to fulfill a duty will incur a $20 per game penalty.

Players may only represent one team.

No injury time, players must leave the court to obtain treatment.

WDNA reserves the right to re-grade teams.

This form must be completed by the Club/Team competing in the WDNA Netball Club Tournament whose:

• supporters may be taking photographs/video footage at the Waverley District Netball Association (WDNA), Cassinia Avenue courts;
• players, officials and/or supporters may be photographed and/or filmed in the course of competing at Waverley District Netball Association.

Permission to take photographs/video footage is granted for the date specified only.
