Set-up Description and Additional Space Request(s):

Insurance: All Sponsors/Vendors/Exhibitors must have in effect, liability insurance minimum of $1,000,000. This is required by BrowardCountyand the City of Hollywood. If you do not have liability insurance, we suggest you contact Equity Insurance Underwriters at 954/923-2474 or at .

Vendor/Exhibitormust provide Art and Culture Center of Hollywood a “Certificate of Insurance” naming Art and Culture Center of Hollywood and the City of Hollywood as additionally insured and as a certificate holder. In addition:

  • Non-Profit Vendors/Exhibitors must include proof of 501(c)(3) status with application.
  • Vendor/Exhibitoracknowledges that the Art and Culture Center of Hollywoodand the City of Hollywood nor its officers, agents, employees or representatives, shall beliable or responsible for any injury to the undersigned, their employees, guests or invitees for any injury, damage or loss that may occur during Dogs of Summer Eventor while Vendor/Exhibitoris in transit to or from the Dogs of Summer Event event.
  • Vendor/Exhibitorshall comply with any and all applicable state, local or municipal regulations, laws and ordinances, included but not limited tohealth, fire, electrical and revenue. Vendor/Exhibitorshall collect and remit all sales tax, as required by Florida law.

Dogs of Summer Event ~ Vendor/ExhibitorRules

Sat., June 20and Sun., June 21. 2009

Event Location ~ ArtsPark at 1 Young Circle, Hollywood, FL33020

  1. All Vendors/Exhibitors must check in at Registration tent upon entering the show grounds (adjacent to stage on west side of ArtsPark at Young Circle, 1 Young Circle, Hollywood, FL 33020).Set-up times for vendor/exhibitorbooths are Saturday, June 20, 2009 from 2pm– 3 pm and Sunday, June 21, 2009, 11am – noon. All vehicles must be parked properly by 4pm on Saturday and 1 pm onSunday.It is recommendedthat all booths be completely set-up by or before the end of the set-up period.
  2. Vendor/Exhibitorshall collect and remit all sales tax, as required by Florida law. Purchasers shall be providedreceipts for all sales transactions.
  3. Vendor/Exhibitor shall confine its exhibit to its own space. Any questions concerning allowable areas fordistribution shall be determined at the discretion of the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood. Please direct questions of this nature to the Vendor Coordinator (see below for contact information).
  4. No part of a Vendor/Exhibitordisplay may interfere in any way with other sponsors/vendors/exhibitors or reachbeyond the limits of the rented booth space. No vehicles are to be parked next to or behind Vendor/Exhibitorbooths. Vehicles parked beside/behind booths will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  5. Vendor/Exhibitor booth shall be manned at all times during the Dogs of Summer Event hours of 4 pm -7 pm, Saturday (June 20) and 1pm – 4 pm, Sunday (June 21).
  6. Vendor/Exhibitorshall keep space neat, attractive and free of debris at all times.
  7. Vendor/ExhibitorBooths should not be left unattended. Art and Culture Center of Hollywoodwill not be held liable for any loss/damage to equipment or property.
  8. Each registered Vendor/Exhibitorwill receive oneparking pass, which will allow you to park one vehicle in the Vendor/Exhibitorparking area. Additional parking, if lot full, is inthe Downtown Hollywood surrounding parking areas. Parking passes are not required for set-up on Saturday or Sundayduringdesignated set-up times.
  9. Art and Culture Center of Hollywood must approve all promotions and/or give-aways at least 5 days prior to the Dogs of Summer Event.
  10. Use of a generator at your booth must have show management approval at least 5 days priorto the Dogs of Summer Event.
