The fun filled family event will run from 11:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M. and vendors can set up the day before or the day of until 11:00 A.M. Mail Completed application by June 1st, 2017 to: Jody Tice 485 Tice Rd Mainesburg, PA 16932. The spaces that you prefer are on a 1st come 1st serve basis. There will be a $25.00 fee for one space and a $40.00 fee for 2 spaces. The spaces are 12 X 12. Please make your checks payable to "Mansfield July 4th Fund" and mail it with your application to the address above. Please read carefully and answer all questions before returning the application.

All vendors are responsible for their own Liability Insurance. All vendors must enter Smythe Park from the Route 6 entrance. Which is located between Sara Jo’s Stop N Go (Subway) and North Penn Mansfield High School. You may set up as early as 9 AM on Saturday or Friday if you would like. The map of where you will be will be posted on the main building. Please set up where you are designated so that we do not have to ask you to move. If you choose to set up earlier than Saturday you are responsible for you own security. Please bring a trash bag and be prepared to keep your vendor spaces picked up and free of debris. An area will be assigned for vendor parking, if there is not room next to your area where you are assigned. Please be patient if you are not set-up where you want to be, we do try our best to accommodate. Please set up in your designated space/spaces or you will be asked to move.
