fly2help is a national aviation charity that aims to inspire positive change through the wonder of flight. We provide Air Smiles Days – air experience days – to people living with life trauma including disability, illness, isolation, bereavement and neglect. Our Aim High Programme encourages young people towards a career in the aviation sector.

You will have the ability to communicate effectively – both orally and written – and will be skilled at organising and leading training or information events. Experience as a trainer or teacher is an advantage but not essential. You will be capable of planning and prioritising your workload and meeting targets and deadlines.
