VACANCY: Administrative Officer in the Office of the Public Guardian, Falkirk, part of the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (4 full time posts plus reserves, 37 Hours)

The Office of the Public Guardian is based at Hadrian House in Falkirk. Hadrian House offers excellent working conditions and an open plan environment. There is car parking available outside of the office and the building is close to motorway and bus networks. The centre of Falkirk and the train station is a 15 minute walk from the office.

There is approximately 70 staff.

What does the role involve?

The successful applicant will be expected to undertake the duties outlined in the job description and will be expected to work diligently both individually and as part of a team. The role will involve processing and registering Powers of Attorneys or Guardianship orders and related tasks. It will also involve supporting Investigation Officers in line with their duties. The successful applicant will be expected to have a flexible approach. He/she will be afforded every opportunity for self-development.
