ISU's Quick Links for Faculty

MyISU Portal

Accessing Faculty Quick Links

  1. Enter MyISU’s web address of or click the MyISU button on the ISU homepage
  2. Login into MyISU
  3. Click the ‘Faculty’ tab.
  4. Once a link is selected, you will need to click on the top left hand corner to get back to the portal.
Faculty Quick Links

This channel is located on the left hand side and is the second channel. This channel can not be deleted or moved from the tab. Links that are available:

  • Change Your Password – This will allow you to change your Portal password.
  • Term Selection – Access to student and faculty information requires the entry of an academic term.
  • CRN Selection – To access your class lists or grade rosters, a CRN must first be selected.
  • Internet Course Delivery Designation – This will allow you to mark your class as a Blackboard or WebCT course.
  • Attendance Reporting – This allow you to perform Attendance Reporting.
  • Faculty Schedule – This will display your class schedule.
  • Class Roster – This will display your Class Roster for the course selected.
  • MidTerm Grades – This will allow you to post MidTerm Grades.
  • Final Grades – This will allow you to post Final Grades.
  • Incomplete Grades – This will allow you to post Incomplete Grades.
  • Class Picture Roster – Allows you to get pictures of the Students on your Class Roster.
  • ISU Document Storage – Allows you to store your personal vitas.

Advisor's Quick Links

This channel is located on the top row, middle. This channel can be deleted or moved around on the tab. Links that are available:

  • Advisee List – This allows you to get a list of your Advisee’s.
  • Advisement Term – This will allow you toselect the term for advisement.
  • Advisee ID – This will allow you to enter the id of your Advisee.
  • Advisee Information – This will display information regarding your selected Advisee.
  • Advisee Schedule – This will display the class schedule for your selected Advisee.
  • DARS Menu – This will allow you to submit a DAR for your Advisee.
  • Advisee Add/Drop Classes – This will allow you to Add or Drop classes for your Advisee.
  • Advisee Academic Transcript – This will allow you to view the Academic Transcript of your Advisee.
  • Advisee Addresses – This will display the address of your Advisee.
  • Advisee Email – This will display the email of your Advisee.
  • Registration Overrides – This allows you to override registration for the course.

Faculty Services

This channel is initially located on the right hand side and is the first channel. These links will open up in a new window. This channel can be deleted from the tab or moved to a different location on the tab. Links that are available:

  • Academic Affairs – This link will take you to the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs webpage.
  • Academic Notes – This link will take you to the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Academic Notes webpage.
  • Faculty Senate – This link will take you to the University Faculty Senate webpage.
  • Center for Instruction, Research and Technology – This link will take you to the Instructional and Research Technology Services, (IRTS) webpage.
  • Interactive Campus Map – This link will take you to an Interactive Map of ISU.
  • Sponsored Programs – This link will take you to the Office of Sponsored Programs webpage.
Registration & Records Quick Links

This channel is located on the All Users tab on the left hand side and is the first channel down. This channel cannot be deleted or moved from the tab. Links that are available:

  • Registration & Records FAQ's – This link will take you to the Office of Registration & Records Frequently Asked Question webpage.
  • Dynamic Schedule of Classes – This link will take you to the ISU Schedule of Classes Offered webpage.
  • Office of Registration & Records Homepage – This link will take you to the Office of Registration & Records homepage.
  • Degree Verification – provides instant online verifications of college degrees or attendance claimed by job applicants.
  • Enrollment Verification – print enrollment verification certifications, view your enrollment history from Fall 2006 forward and enrollment verifications provided at your request, check loan deferments sent to your lenders, and link to real-time information on your student loans.
