Thank you for your interest in presenting a workshop at the upcoming 2016 ICEC Asia in Hong Kong. We look forward to working with you to make your presentation a reality.

Useful Information: Planning your Workshop

If you are selected as a presenter, you are committing to present your session at the conference. Please see the deadline schedule below for important dates.

What about a Workshop Title and Workshop Series?

Please make your titles and descriptions "attention getting" and informative. Remember, you are advertising your workshop with just a few sentences. If you plan to present a series of workshops, please indicate this distinction in the workshop description for each session.

What is the key to an effective presentation?

Talk about your passion, an area where you excel, your area of expertise, new ideas, or practical information that your audience can take home and use.

Thank you for offering to contribute to this conference as a speaker. Your participation is the heart and soul of this conference. Cooperation to meet all deadlines is greatly appreciated and necessary in order to ensure your session is successful. ACSI cannot provide compensation or registration discounts for workshop presenters.

The Conference Program is organized well in advance, therefore, all deadlines must be met. Failure to meet deadlines will jeopardize your workshops' inclusion in the program. NOTE: Once approved, if you learn that you cannot present your workshop, please cancel before October 15.
