Undersigned counsel represents XYZ Inc (“Petitioner”) in the processing of this H-1B Petition in behalf of Mr.Beneficiary’s Name (“Beneficiary”).Please note that the Beneficiary has an approved I-140 as shown in Exhibit xx and thus can apply for H-1B status beyond the normal 6-year limitation.
