COACHING PHILOSOPHY Out-energy Athletes! Stay Positive! Improve Every Day!

I Love these kids! I will teach them incredible technique, tempo, and toughness. I prepare athletes to dominate every day. I try to be the best at everything and nothing fuels my fire like being around motivated student athletes who love life and reaching peak basketball and academic performance. An experienced 20-year military veteran, I have traveled the world, played and coached at the highest military level, educated myself, taught, coached in high school and now I am ready. I teach critical life lessons and help young people learn success that pays off in private, public, and professional endeavors. Positive constructive language is the key. I create a positive/competitive environment where I develop hyper-competitive kids with character and integrity, teach them the right way, and produce championship results on and off the court.

On this incredible journey we focus on relationships and our continually improving process. We must develop a motivated 21st Century community fan base with great summer camps and intelligent media use. I evaluate myself daily, after each competition, and at the end of respective seasons to gauge if I met my goals and yours. I learn from experience and make positive adjustments. Through constant education, I work every day at being a better man, student of the game, and at being a better coach. Model great behavior and infectious energy every day and athletes will “Buy In” and follow us to championships. The right coach and staff makes all the difference. We will be a model program from 7th to 12th grade. Opponents will fear us. Our peers will copy us and we exemplify a model program.
