Updates to WA state pages:

Across all new pages, we will want to be sure that the “For Grantseekers” button is included in the right navigation column. These buttons should ALL link to the “Current Grant Opportunities” page (being created). The current family homelessness and early learning pages include a button that says “Apply for a Grant” and we want these to be consistent.

In addition, the current WA state website pages are listed below; we have indicated whether or not they will be removed, updated, or updated with a new URL.
