  • Recording to sales & order information and sending copies to the sales office or entry into a computer system.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Advertising on forth coming product development and discussing special promotion
  • Achieving the monthly target given by the sales manager
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
